Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure? Our on-line store is our brochure and features all the information and images we have. If you require further information please contact us.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Artisan use a secure server and a system from Lloyds Tsb for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system. In fact, the risk of Credit /Debit card fraud is now higher when using your card in a garage or restaurant. We are so confident of our security that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with Artisan using our secure transaction system.

How can I place an order?
You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.

What is the order process?
Simply browse our on line catalogue and click on "add" to any items you wish to buy, these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server. If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax or post or telephone us on 0871 7333 223 (calls charged at 10p per minute) and place the order over the phone. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with orders via the post.

prices include VAT?
All our prices include VAT.

Do Artisan's prices include delivery?
Artisan do not include the delivery charge in the retail price of our goods, which we could do but choose not to as there is no such thing as a 'free delivery'. We charge £29 for a single item and £45 for multiple items. These delivery charges include two drivers and are subsidised as the real cost to the company is substantially higher.

What happens if I cancel my order?
Online orders may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. This cancellation policy applies to online web sales only. Please refer to Artisan's terms and conditions for full details.

How do your prices compare to others?
Under normal circumstances we firmly believe our prices cannot be beaten. Please see our Price Promise for more details.

When will you despatch my order?
The time it takes for a piece of furniture to come in to stock can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Once we receive an item into our warehouse it is quality checked and re-packaged for onward transportation and usually despatched within 3 working days.

When will my goods arrive?
Once an order is placed with us it is processed the same day via our intranet ordering system. Your furniture is then specifically made for you and will take between 8 and 14 weeks to be delivered to you. We will contact you only when we have received your furniture in to our distribution depot. Your order will then be despatched within 14 days and delivered at a time that is convenient to you.

Do you have an after sales service?
We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered and your shopping experience. If you are unhappy with any aspect of shopping with Artisan please contact us on 0871 7333 223 (calls charged at 10p per minute).

What happens to my personal details?
Your personal details will remain strictly confidential and not passed on to third parties. You have the option to be kept informed of new lines and special offers when placing an order.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from Artisan and will always work with you to resolve any after sales requests. Please refer to Artisan's terms and conditions for full details.

Will my goods have a guarantee?
All goods carry a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee against materials and workmanship.
